Today was an incredible success for Costa Bel Cane Corso in Lakeland! Karma, at only 9 months of age, won Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and Best of Breed today in Lakeland for a 5 point major – the highest number of points awarded at any single AKC event – under well-respected Judge Mrs. Lee Canalizo with her handler, Vanessa Lanz-Sanchez! Karma beat 8 other Cane Corsos, including 5 AKC Champions, with today’s win! This win brings Karma only 3 points away from earning her AKC Champion title! Meanwhile, Cleo was awarded Select Bitch for a 3 point major and defeated another AKC Champion, also under Judge Canalizo, with her handler, Daniel Sanchez! Cleo now needs to defeat 9 more dogs, including 2 Champions, to earn her AKC Grand Champion title! It was truly a successful show day for Team Costa Bel and we are completely thrilled with today’s outcome! Immense thanks go to Judge Canalizo, Vanessa, Danny, Karma & Cleo!
