ROMEO, OUR FOSTER, GETS A FOREVER HOME!
RUN FREE AND HEALTHY, HANDSOME ROMEO!
REST IN PEACE 07.27.2019
On July 21, 2013, I received a phone call from a good friend and local dog trainer that someone from her team had picked up a Cane Corso running frantically on one of Miami’s dangerously congested freeways. He was named Romeo. Romeo went to a local vet’s office to get checked out and make sure he was healthy. We brought him to Costa Bel Cane Corso as our foster on July 26, 2013. We received many calls and emails from interested parties but only one family made us feel like they were a match. After going through our rigorous application and interview process, they were invited over to our home to meet Romeo. It went great! Several days later, we neutered Romeo and implanted him with a microchip. On August 12, 2013, Romeo went to live with his new forever family. We keep in contact with them through Facebook and text messages and love receiving updates and photos from them. Below is a gallery of photos, in no particular order, of Romeo while he was with us and with his forever family, which includes a Cane Corso “sister” to keep him company. Thank you for giving Romeo a second chance at happiness!
