This is Cleo’s very first formal evaluation for protection sports at 16 months of age. Her evaluation was short and sweet. No need to push her. She didn’t really show any prey drive or interest, but did do some barking. I am not sure if she naturally doesn’t have much drive or if it’s a function of never really learning how to play tug. Either way, she needs time to learn how to play, develop confidence and show interest and drive. Could be that she’s more of a couch girl with some obedience showing here and there, LOL.
