No time was wasted in picking Karma up once she finished her AKC Grand Championship! Just as Danny & Vanessa reported that she had finished, the mad rush began to pick her up and get her home! Below are a couple of pictures from the pick-up and mid-ride pizza stop, enjoy! So great to have the entire Costa Bel Clan together!

I love you, Buckethead! You have been a blessing in my life!  Today was an exceptional day for Team Costa Bel! Karma was awarded Best of Opposite in St. Petersburg, FL, under Judge Tomas Gomez with her handler, Daniel Sanchez, making her Costa Bel’s 3rd and newest AKC Grand Champion! Thank you, Judge Gomez!
Many thanks go to my exclusive show handling team, Daniel & Vanessa Sanchez, for taking Karma from her very first show point in December toward her AKC Championship all the way through to completion of her AKC Grand Championship! I am very proud of my Negrita and the amazing people on my team! Professional show photo coming soon! It’s all fun and games as long as their on the inside of that window, LOL!  Try walking through this house at night with all the lights off. It’s like a minefield of furballs, LOL!  Over time, I have come to realize that my dogs hang out with me in the kitchen not because they LOVE me but because they LOVE MY FOOD!  This is what happens when I leave my bedroom door open. I have learned to keep a sheet on my bed until it’s time to go to sleep. Bedtime for me means everyone gets kicked out, except for Buckethead, of course, LOL!  Orso says, “C’mon, Momma, this ball isn’t gonna throw itself!!!!”  Orso has a new headrest, courtesy of Grandpa Frank, LOL:    It’s always great when my 3 nephews come over for the weekend. It’s nice to see how over the years they have learned to interact with our dogs and have grown to love their company. Below is a cute photo of Orso & Cleo standing watch as a couple of the boys brush their teeth before bed, enjoy!  Clearly, there is no such thing as bathroom privacy in the doggie kingdom… LOL.  |
